The framework agreement previously in force has been replaced by this document, which contains conditions for the legal relationship between Aniversity and the Association, collective bargaining and dispute settlement procedures, as well as working conditions, including wages and social benefits. The following pay scales reflect the salary increases of the six-year collective agreement (from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2019) between bctf and BCPSEA (including the Economic Stability Dividend (ESD)) which were as follows: 1 September 2014 – 2.0%; January 1, 2015 – 1.25%; May 1, 2016 – BD – 0.45%; July 1, 2016 – 1.00%; May 1, 2017 – BD – 0.35%; July 1, 2017 – 0.50%; 1 May 2018 – ESD 0.40% + 1.00%; July 1, 2018 – 0.50%; 1 May 2019 – ESD – 0.75% + 1.00%. . July 2020 – 2.0% (plus an additional 1% for members at the top of their grid); July 1, 2021 – 2.0% (plus members of the first year of work who accept a contract start at the second stage of their payroll).
